About Me
Marvin Lin
I like Apple-related products and enjoy writing in Swift. Besides Swift, I also like to write in Python. I enjoy using programming to accomplish things I love to do; my current side projects include iOS apps, macOS apps, and a Twitter bot.
Earnings Rosetta
Earnings Rosetta is a platform focused on U.S. stock market earnings calls. The site collects verbatim transcripts from earnings calls of U.S. companies and uses AI to automatically generate key summaries, enabling users to quickly grasp the latest updates and highlights from earnings calls and make more informed investment decisions.
Jambhala website
A website created for a contract project, mainly used to introduce information related to the Yellow God of Wealth.
iOS App: Song quc
A fun song guessing app, it’s the first game app I’ve personally launched. The gameplay is simple: each round selects five songs, and the game plays a short clip from one of them. The faster a player correctly guesses the song, the higher their score will be.
iOS App: Reverse clock
An app written in tribute to the “Queen of Computer Programming” - Grace Hopper. Grace had a clock that ran backwards hanging on her office wall.
“Humans are allergic to change. They love to say, ‘We’ve always done it this way.’ I try to fight that. That’s why I have a clock on my wall that runs counter-clockwise.”
macOS: Stock toolbar
If you want to quickly check Taiwan stock prices at work without others noticing, you can download this app. It features an input box in the top right toolbar of your Mac, where you can enter the stock code to get the current stock price.。
